The whole point is not to been seen and for that to happen you need small "spy" cameras. I personally use a Mini usb digital camera / camcorder. Works pretty well and is smaller then a credit card. However while the quaility is good its not to that standards. So maybe in the moment he was able to slip his huge SLR camera down there for a moment and snap that but without her knowing? The flash clearly went off. Plus the lighting is way too perfect. Real world isn't pretty.
