What the hell is it? The site adultcentro.com doesnt say anything about it, but they offering some free stuff so cool!

But anybody hav a scoop on what it is, and who runs it?

Yeah Ive seen it around too.
Im sure its gunna kick ass. I was clickin on banners and getting teased wondering what the fuck this was! Ive been on more vacations than the avarage Joe in the past 23 months so I though i missed something!

I looked into it cause I always have to be in the know, but its something that hasnt even launched yet!

Here's what I know.
It's something like whoa created (the hosting company), and its launch is gunna be at the florida show. Its not hosting or anything like that, but something totally different.

Since i host with em i asked em whats up. They were kinda quiet with details and details are under wraps, but i was able to squeeeeze some info out of em.

From what i could tell its a program that integrate's and organize's shit for webmasters.

I got a sneak peak and it seems to have alot of personal tools and intergrates shit so you can check all your stats, customize news, and intergrate companies and individuals items under one roof.

It was a bit confusing and overwhelming, but from the look of it, it kicked ass. The idea is unique and its backed by some create muther fuckers.

I'll be hittin up that booth in Florida no doubt!

It looks like an ambitious project but there is definitely a gap that needs to be filled in this area.

I'm not sure of the details of adultcentro -- but I was in a bar last week -- this guy told me he patented the term "internet number" -- I'm pretty sure the guy will fall flat on his face because nobody really knows that they need an "internet number" yet -- this guy was trying to address the issue that nobody has a way to identify themselves in a convenient way -- domains fall short -- and so do IM profiles... I'm "TheFLY" but if you do a search or a whois you won't necessarily get my personal/contact info -- and if you pull up my profile on GFY or ICQ -- you won't necessarily get relevant info that way either...

But I think everyone needs a way to organize contacts and shit -- personally my bookmarks are a mess and most of all my URLs and passwords and contacts are in my head -- and probably 90% of my biz is based on ICQ contacts -- but ICQ is a temporary solution and it's not designed for our industry... I always wonder what would happen if my ICQ crashed and I lost years of useful information!!! And we know that email is almost totally worthless at this point... Anyway my point is there's definitely room for a lot of growth for software that will help us manage our empires ;)

TheFly, if something like this "internet number" does come along, it'll just be yet another thing. I doubt there's ever going to be a "standard" for someone's online details. People will always use this and that. Something interesting though, that Wegcash released recently was that AWMM program. I like the fact that it's industry related only.

But i haven't actually used it yet.

I used to have an english teacher that used color coded index cards to catalogue her daily wardrobe... Horrible woman!

If you are going to "organize" you have to realize that you lose time in the organizing process. The usefulness of adultcentro must outweigh acclimation losses... but I'm sure that it will -- otherwise the family would not be supporting it ;) There's one particular feature that I know about that I will DEFINITELY use ;) Well fuck I think everyone will use it...
