wtf is wrong with sedo parking today?

got a few domains parked there, suddenly the average earnings per click dropped to 2 (euro)cents instead of 5 or 8-10 cents on different domains

Mine are about the same as always. Sedo seems to have ups and downs in some areas because of a lack of depth in their advertisers. I think often you are getting some default listings that pay fairly low rates because they have nothing specifically for the terms you are targetting. Their click thru rates go all over the place, from 2% to 20% back and forth, and click rates go up and down from 2 cents to 20 or 30 cents a click in some cases.

well sedo seems definitely gone to shit since 2 days

I am talking about adult keywords

dropping on some domains that were at least 8 cents per click ( sometimes 10-11) and other that were 4-5 cents per click, to 2 cents per click on all domains is very surprising and bad...

I guess I will wait a few days to see if it improves again though

well in my case Im making significantly less since exactly December 20th

I moved the domains away, now tested one domain for like 10 hours again, so far 174 visits, 100 clicks, 57% CTR and averahe 2 euro cents per click, while before it was about 10 cents per click for that domain

definitely a big difference if a domain was averageing 18 euro per day and now its down to 4 euro suddenly with Sedo

That's definitely weird. They seem to be going through some changes there like banning domains which they have been paying on. Where else are you parking that has decent click through & payouts?

Im using TrafficValet, a relatively unknown company, but the payouts are average ( well beter than Sedo nowadays but worse than Sedo just one month ago ) and their support sucks

I heard someone said Klickerz is good nowadays.... but I'd prefer a company that lets you optimise the exact keywords instead of just displaying random adult categories

with Sedo you could chose if you want the keywords to be "adult dating" "porn", "hot girls", "penis enlargement" etc (assuming there was some relevancy and the Sedo staff approved your keyword)

I'm new to the domain parking game, but i've heard good things about NameDrive and am currently trying them out. They seem to be quite good - i'm currently getting somewhere between $0.09 - $0.11 per click, although your mileage may vary.

I had SEDO blacklist 2 of my domains last month after being parked there for a year. One was for violating their offensive terms policy as it had "teens" in it and the other was for a supposed trademark violation... for a two generic words combo domain, go figure that one out. So far, no response explaining either one and overall clicks plus revenue hasbeen on a steady decline there. The one positive is that domains do sell there.
