We do not accept spam/malware/trojan etc... type of traffic. Anyone send us proof of such affiliates and we will block them.

As for a 32K payment to this affiliate, yes he did receive ONE payment from us but not for that amount (not even close). Due to privacy issues I cannot give away the excat amount but let's just say you need to knock at least 2 digits of that figure :error

Your account is still active (I never said it was blocked above) because far as I know no one sent in proof, however from what I see it currently sends 0 traffic. Without proof we don't block anyone.

However on payments, unless you have a third account under a different name and different epassporte name than in your screenshot, I am correct.

Yes and from what I can see from his account when he was using us he barely sent us any traffic/revenue and it was not from any links that were related to trojans or what not.

I gave you the iwantu affiliate id he was using to spam with his trojan bots in this thread on Dec 6 and you said.

As for proof...Lara would have seen him in action within a couple minutes investigation and you would have seen his url (that had been reported several times by different people) going to iwantu with one click after you saw the thread.

...and by your blocked affiliates list you haven't canned anyone since September 2006 so you didn't block him in early December or anytime after that despite having easy access to proof and he posts bragging about his Dec earnings in early January. :error

Calling someone out on the board? The guy is running a massive botnet. He admitted to running a massive botnet. There's plenty of evidence supporting that he's running a botnet just in case him admitting it wasn't enough.

Given the source of the traffic I find it hard believe it didn't raise any red flags internally which would have led to his termination irregardless of what's been said on the boards.

And no we wouldn't terminate them; we would investigate the issue in depth and respond accordingly. Had you done any sort of investigation you would have reached the conclusion the traffic was fraudulent, and terminated him. So either you didn't even bother looking into it or you DID look into it and just don't care. Not entirely sure whats worse.

We have about 11 different types of automatic fraud detection, plus a few weekly manual checks as well as the processors letting us know when anything appears fishy to their system as well.

I am not saying bliket doesn't run botnets or do anything of the kind, I AM SAYING the minute traffic he sent us was not from those sources.

If you want more proof, think of it this way: if he was sending his chat/botnet traffic to us wouldn't he have sent a lot more than a few hundred clicks ?? Especially if he wasn't being blocked. I would think so, wouldn't you ??

The info was passed to Lara at that time and investigated and the traffic he was sending us (which again was a tiny amount) was not coming from any yahoo spam or similar I was told.

He received one payment from us with his two accounts and one payment only and it was less than 1/100th of what he posted here. I just verified it in our Dec payouts in the database and of the few people who were paid out > $30K in Dec, none were even by epassporte method (all were wire). So I guess it is up to you to believe him or believe me :2 cents:

Regardless of the volume he's pushing to your system all I know is this. When I finally read the other thread logged into yahoo chat. I clicked one of the links that his bots were spamming. I followed that link through the landing page to your program.

This took all of 10 seconds to verify. Every other program he tried to promote reached the same conclusion and canned him, as did his registrars. Given that... meh

I will make sure Lara sees and investigates this again tomorrow morning because truly I don't deal with the affiliate investigations and block him if need be. However I can see he has sent zero traffic and made zero dollars in the past three months, so that isn't truly an 'active account'.

Since it isn't sending us any traffic or sales its not being flagged in any fraud scripts/checks due to that.

To end all this, I'm pretty sure bliket knows if he does start sending us traffic again and it is from a spam-type source that we don't accept, he will not be paid. Simple enough.

Are you sure you are aware of all his accounts, because he seems sure that he's still getting sales and you say he isn't. In Dec, when you were made aware of this situation, all you had to do was go into any yahoo chat room and see the url being spammed. He simply redirected the url to different sponsors. As each sponsor banned him, he moved onto others. Seems unlike the others you let him get away with it instead of banning him and sent him a check. You wouldn't have known the traffic was coming from botnet spam unless actually went to the Yahoo chat rooms to see it first hand.
