I have 12 jpg files and i need to make an animated gif, with each image pausing for 0.5 seconds before going to the next.

At the end, i need it to pause for 5 seconds before relooping

whats a good small program that can do this?

GIF construction set

there's like a million apps out there that do this... just use google

that program rocks! I've been recommending it to people for years!
definately the best solution if you don't have photoshop/imageready.
