                      I gave that seminar in Montreal using an earlier version of it if that's what you are remembering?

                      It's been updated quite a few times and now includes a way to crunch numbers for PPS, Revshare, PPC and flat ad rates all in one sheet. You can show any mixture of those payout programs to reflect having multiples in one affiliate program.

                      I also added features for counting upsell efficiency, exits and product sales (great for amateur sites where they sell articles of clothing from the girls and such). I added an adjustable function for growth rate and made it so you can use it for a startup or an existing program/site.

                      I added a shit ton of factors for various cost points. I factored in returns from chargeback witholding. The list goes on... Pretty much every little aspect of running paysites is covered.

                      I also included commentary on each of the major sections explaining it and giving industry averages based on our data (retention avg, trial conversion, etc...).

                      Not to go all sales pitch on ya - but if it's not the best 50 bucks you spent since getting a $50 blow job, I'd be surprised.

                                                          Yeah I just had the DB setup by my host and have a friend putting it together. I just haven't had time so thankfully he's helping me out. It'll be up whenever he logs in again.. so I'd say later this week.

                                                                          Ok Mark confirmed the one I have is a slightly older version. This spreadsheet is a must have for program owners, even if you only have one site. It does what it promises and then some. If you like to run numbers, know your projections and how to meet them and more. You need this spreadsheet, and at the price it is offered it is way more than worth it.

I really can't see anyone running paysites without something like this. It can save you so many headaches and help make decisions much more intelligently. You can even run multiple copies just to compare individual ad campaigns so you see what the long term ROI is on them.
