So this is it... Ibill won't die?

    Hi,

long time lurker, newbie poster -- ran a biz using Ibill payment services years ago, until they bombed out. Now 2007 and Ibill's still in business, like not a-f***in-thing-had-happened (with respect to $$ owed).

Is there any news on what's happening with Ibill, or is it a dead issue to think anyone can bring them down?

    Thanks

I guess they should author a book on how to screw customers out of millions, and still stay in business no matter how many judgments against them. bwahaha...

Blame the people who let them stay in business. If you were in iBill's shoes, wouldn't you take advantage of webmasters' willingness to talk a lot but not do very much?

But they have so many lawsuits and judgments already against them; is it that it just takes years for things like this to pan out, or are they really off the hook?. Ppl either are still working on their lawsuits against them (and not talking), or everyone has given up

It's hard to believe that with so many ppl affected, especially with $$$ involved, that SOMETHING wouldn't have come out of this...

I have a judgement in, but I am behind about 20 others with several million owed. I am not going to be the one to pay to send the sheriff in there so everyone else ahead of me gets their money. If I was first in line I would be in there selling off their equipment yesterday. My question is, why haven't the top few judgements been in there to get what they can.

Right! I mean, someone else (in the very least) should be controlling all the domain names Ibill owns.

C'mon, you guys that were owed hundreds-of-thousands/millions, what's happening? Is it a work in progress still, or is it just not worth going after them considering all the asset-transferring that's been going on?

It would seem that any monies Ibill moved would be a) traceable b) retrievable; as they were obviously moving assets around to avoid creditor claims -- something not even allowed in Florida ;-)
