anal retentive point here

nothing you can ever do will help you 'gain muscles'

but you can increase the volume of your muscles by following a lot of the tips in this thread.

you can surely gain muscles by push-ups for chest and sit-ups for stomach,
but it is for a long period of time...lift weights would do the best thing for you and by taking some vitamins...it will only take you up to 2 to 3 months, and you will see the improvement of your muscles easily...

:thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup

I hate you. :(

I can't do that with working out all the time.

I'm going to disagree with the people that are saying that genetics decides what you can and cannot do. All genetics does is makes it easier or harder for you to obtain your goals.

Halcyon obviously has the easier genes as he's not ( as far I know ) busting his fucking ass 7 days a week to maintain that shape. If you have the harder genes well if you want to get <10%bf and look like a greek god then you'll have to bust your nuts every day to get there.

It's all a matter of how BAD you want it

Hal! *collapse... Can you give an example of what you'd eat on any given day? Being healthy in general has got to have something to do with it too. Good mental stress management has got to be a part too.
