sarah_webinc mentioned that blogs are the TGP2 of today, and i see blogs as having a lot better chances of huge success because they are not in direct competition with a similar product that offers more to the surfers like the differences between TGP and TGP2

and it also seems like SE's love blogs thanks to the mainstream breaking that genre of marketing first, there is no stigma attached and good SE traffic to them.

I personally can't wait to see what the next one will be, I am a little hesitant to go full throttle on mobile. I did some experiments with video on it and there is just way to many standards with them. If they can get it down to 2 or 3 sizes that will fit the majority of cell phones i think it could be very exploitable.

Dragon King, me, Sikkboy and a few others started the NATGP back in 98.

It worked for awhile then died a slow death.

Shit, we had to use alcohol to come down from the other stuff. Champagne breakfast was served about 7am if I remember correctly.

yeah mixing it with blogging is the way to go. TGP2 still has life yet..

Oh ya a long time ago. I think we are going to allow longer clips. Great for movie posts one or 2 clips on html.

1. Only galleries with 5 thumbs will be accepted. No more, no less.

2. Only 1 or 2 movies of 10 to 20 seconds in length, no other linked or unlinked thumbs are allowed on a movie gallery.

3. Non-adult free hosting is not acceptable.

4. Do not place any link on a gallery to a site that will not accept TGP2 galleries.

5. Full size images are strongly preferred to be on HTML and can be made clickable to your sponsor.

6. Images should be at least 450 minimum on longest side and free of compression artifacts. Anything less then 400 and your gallery may not get posted.

7. No talking ads.

8. No entry-exit popups, no onload, on unload or redirect tags.

9. o outright misleading links e.g click here for free entry to pay site!! but semi blind Click for Free Porn is fine.

10. No other restrictions on advertising with in reason so long as the thumbs on the main page and the full-size pictures can be seen clearly.

11. Resubmits will be accepted after 30 days. However, if your gallery is still in our archive it will not be reposted.

12. No child porn, bestiality or rape. This is strictly enforced and authorities will be notified.

TGP2 was great in theory, but it was too little too late. Personally, I'm still able to make a nice living without showing any pink or even any nipples (usually). It's all about doing your own thing. Whatever works.

On your blog post, you have a large description with one pic, links to the sponsor and the pic leads to a 5 pic tgp2 style gallery where you flash the sponsor in front of them more times.
I'm not sure of the saying exactly that salesman tell you but you have to ask for the sale like 3 or more times to make it.
I have directories, free sites, tgp2 and a lot of blogs going, even some avs sites kicking around making a few bucks.

that's because ALL the alcohol was free those days and we had vip passes to every party every night and made the rounds to all of them! Just another way the industry has changed since those early days ...

I still have most of that meeting in audio format on an old hard drive ... or maybe its on a mini disc tape somewhere. I'll see if I can hunt it down.
