skiiers / boarders - anybody heard anything positive for the alps this year?

came to europe hoping to hit the alps ..... haven't chosen exactly where yet but everywhere is lookin sorta bleak ...... thinking zermatt, hintertux, .....any suggestions ? it will be my first time

I'm trying to hold out as long as possible, but wondering if I should just bite the bullet and start hitting the runs at their current status ....

anybody heard anything good? the weather forecasts I'm finding on the net aren't very user friendly .. and what im seeing isn't good
