YES or NO??? Is my Recreational Income more than you make in a YEAR??

Looks like for december im up a bit over $43,000.00 for the month with sportswagering.

Now im willing to bet thats more than most GFYers make in a year..

Be honest... Is it??

With the click of a mouse or a touch of a phone I could double this on tonights blazer game.

That would be pretty crazy huh??

Anyone dare me?

If my new years resolution for 2007 is to stop gambling, you can safely assume two things..

That I made this crazy bet.. And that I lost.

not even close to what i make in a year with my real job, but ya, if you did that every month consistently thats great! and i'm sure with your legitimate income you make far more than i do anyhow.

i'm willing to bet though that in the long run you've only lost when it comes to gambling. why else would you want to quit?

i'm not trying to be a prick here when i say this, but quit coming on here with stupid shit like this trying to legitimize your gambling addiction somehow by convincing yourself that it's worthwhile. ya, 43k is a shitpile of money, but how much have you honestly lost over the last year that you could hav eout to good use elsewhere? if you want to quit you're going to have to quit focusing on the few instances of good that have come from your gambling and start paying more attention to the negatives.

ok but if you are counting entire wagering including a win % of 50% lets say.. thats not more than 15-20k... its like when i go to vegas... i may start with 10k but by the time i am finished 30-40k may have switched hands and maybe i still only walk away with 5-10k up or 5-10k down....

show me your stats for the month of dec for your top 2 programs and then we can play....

Boneprone you know what would really make my day

if you deposited like 5k or 10k and went up against the big boys on full tilt poker

you know they have all those "all stars" playing. Watch Mike Matusow drop like 35K in a matter of hours yesterday. Entertaining stuff. They bluff alot.

That would be some shit to watch.

Although I have a gambling problem much like yourself so I kind of feel bad for instigating you.

Yea definetly cant go any higher then that. He's what at 9 Bracelets now.

I think its the high stakes that give me the boner. Was watching $100/$200 blinds yesterday. Its amazing how much $ they throw around.

Anyway if you ever go play some of those high stakes hit me up I would love to watch. Highest stakes ive ever played is $5/$10, and I only bought in with $600.

I dont think Ill bet that much on the game really..

But I will have action.. And depending on how much I have to drink, who knows how much Ill lay on the game.

Just out of curiosity BP....

What are you up/down for the year as a whole from recreational income?

I've seen about equal posts from you needing to go to Gamblers Anonymous as I've seen big wins. I'd be curious to know what you're at for the year and hear about the rollercoaster
