Exactly the opposite. The best way for you to secure your future as a successful businessman (if that is your goal) would be to quit gambling. Save your money, invest it, and work hard. There is no magic pill.

QuaWee 12-27-2006 07:25 PM

why do people brag on the internet?

I am chauncy 12-27-2006 08:46 PM

less than I make in a year (mainstream job) a shitload more than I made in the poker rooms at the detroit casino's this year

Adam_M 12-27-2006 09:11 PM

Thats a good month on the punt for sure.

Let it role!!!

After all it only your play money.....

Peaches 12-27-2006 09:15 PM

LOL, it's not more than I make in a year, but it's sure as shit more than I'll ever make in a month gambling :) Congrats!

As far as cash, I always keep at least a months worth of expenses in cash hidden (hopefully) in the house. Just makes me feel better knowing if there's a bank screw up, I have at least 30 days to get it ironed out while still staying current on bills.

Kimmykim 12-27-2006 09:17 PM

I was thinking about challenging Boneprone to a Face To Face match for $100

LexiLexxx 12-28-2006 01:46 PM

No doubt, I would like to see u spend more time playing poker (high stakes) and less on sports, to me that's more entertaining. Plus you don't go through as much $$ as fast. Who knows you could become a Pro. and you have a great personality that alot of peeps would eat up!

If you were to get serious about the Poker deal, that could help you stay away from the sports betting, I also like to gamble to much myself and living here in Vegas now, can be a killer. LOL

Keep us informed :-)

Jenna with dark hair is way hot.

I dont know about going through as much $$ as fast buddy.

I saw people drop $40k in a matter of 2 hours on full tilt poker.

shit they got a $500/$1000 "Cap NL" table, not sure what Cap means.

But you gotta have at least like $25k just to sit down.

And Ive bet as much as 30k on one game from time to time..

Thats not the point.

The point is the PROFIT in the end....

Im not talking about how much I bet in a day or per bet.. Thats a totally different issue.

Im talking month profit..

Considering the 30k loss on internet poker I had three weeks ago, (posted about that) bieng up 40k green is good.

boneprone 12-28-2006 02:12 PM

shit mis read the post..

sorry.

lol.. Anyhow it was a good day yesterday

I watch those guys play here and there, if I am bored. I meant for him to spend time/$$ at live poker. I do have to agree, it would be fun to see him go up against some of the pro's at FT.....but man I have seen some crazy shit on there and that's scary....but that's the high, isn't it?

he-fox 12-28-2006 08:19 PM

How was the bet?

RawAlex 12-28-2006 08:21 PM

Yep.. I made it and withdrew over 130k from my sportsbook account.. All profits.

The moment it was wired to my bank, my bank froze my account for illegal activity.

HAvent you been following my threads??

Its been an insane week..

marumari 12-31-2006 07:28 PM

43k per month is nice - I'll be making that by the end of next month, but for now you've got me beat...
