to be honest - the plans listed on hostcentrix don't really appeal (high price, low quality machines) - but on that note I'll send you a message.

How long have you guys been in business? What kind of support do you offer?

Ive been with the same host for 5 years now and they refuse to upgrade my dedicated server for free so I am looking to switch companies.

Anyone use these guys?

Why don't you update your web site so that it accurately reflects that you are just reselling 1and1.com - that you don't actually have any assets or infrastructure. You don't own a datacenter, you don't have a NOC, you don't own your servers, you don't own any actual network hardware, you don't own the IP space and you are the farthest thing from having direct relationships with any carriers. I would bet that you have never even seen one of the servers that you rent. I am sure that you do manage your client servers remotely and perhaps even do so very well but to have any longevity or respect in this community you need to come by your sales pitch honestly.

There is nothing wrong with basing a hosting business around the strengths of a larger host but when you intentionally omit information from your web site or include information that is not accurate then you have done something wrong. Everybody here operates a serious business and they deserve to have accurate information when they are making their purchasing decision for hosting as it is one of the most important ones they face.
