As you may already know, the main hotel is already SOLD OUT! Free registration is still open but may close at any time, once we reach our desired pre-registration limit. Finally, there has also been some confusion regarding the hotel. If you have registered, this means you have registered for the show (FREE at this moment). You will be guarenteed a show bracelet. However, this does NOT guarantee you a hotel room; you still must make hotel arrangements through Lara. Please contact her via ICQ at 545-249, via telephone at 514.448.4774 ext.113 or via email: lara AT cashring.com and put "Costa Rica Bash Hotel Request" as your subject line for a faster response
The good news is we have added four alternative hotels, all within a few minutes distance from the show hotel and have secured shuttles running back and forth to bring people to and from their hotel to the main show hotel.
