We're looking for seasoned reps that have experience in dealing with a lot of webmasters and making sure they're happy!

Not just someone that can jibber jabber on ICQ with a few guys and cash a paycheck, we need someone that can spend the time to understand our sites & business model, help our webmasters convert their traffic better and answer questions / assist with anything under the sun related to our program.

General front-end programming experience (html, js, css) is REQUIRED as well as an UNDERSTANDING of how dynamically driven websites work.

i'm actually looking for someone that can work with an affiliate if they're having problems... take a look at their page and be able to make sure everything is setup right and if there still is a problem, help find the issue and resolve it with minimal assistance

I'm not looking to pay someone to answer ICQs, cash a paycheck and pass me all of the work, ya dig?
