I am planning on a trip to Colorado for some snowboarding next month.
I have only been once several years ago & we hit Telluride but I didn't snowboard. Probably going to hit Flagstaff here for my first time on a board but Colorado soon after. Who has the scoop on the best spots, especially for a beginner... and coolest atmosphere, people, etc? |

I dig Winter Park. Has some nice long runs and just doesn't seem as "trendy" and packed as some of the other Vail resorts.

Wolf Creek. Durango. But in Durango if you're good hit the back side to avoid the Texans. They're fucking crazy and don't know how to cut it up! Holla!

Wolfcreek is the shit. They get the post powder there per season they any other area in North America. Next I would say Copper, and then Snow Mass. Breckenridge is good skiing but too many peeps.
Man I miss living out that way.
