F1 - Congrats to Schumi and Ferrari

Schumachers 5th equaling Fangio and Ferraris 3rd in a row with six races to go. Just the constructors and the minor placings to be decided.

Job well done

I think Schumi should sit out the rest of the year...his domination is INSANE!!!

I remember back in the day in '96 and '97 when Schumi had just signed for Ferrari and it seemed he'd never win a championship again. Guess I was wrong...

I think Ferrari should sign Montoya, then we'd see some fucking exciting races!!

Schumi is a brillant driver... but my boy Rubens has to some credit.. It must be hard being Schumi's bitch and still go out and 7 times out of 10 and getting a podium finish. Team orders suck.. but what can you do?...

Wild race - and if that Toyota doesn't blow it's engine, Kimi wins his first F1 race. Didn't see the Toyota spilling oil all over the place until after the race was over.

I'm glad Ferrari is winning, but I am happier to see McLaren and Williams looking stronger than they have been - this was a tough race for Schumi, and it made it exciting to watch.

BTW - I read that Jenson Button is going to BAR - taking Panis spot. So Renault, by firing Button, has bumped the ride of the only French driver in F1. Bet that goes over big in Paris....

It is absolutely amazing how the Ferrari teams bad luck for the season so far has been around Rubens. No wonder Michael can finish race after race. He's the best and luckiest driver of all time.

It's exciting to see how much work Ferrari has put into their team and cars. Although I hated Schumacher in the past, I now recognize him as a very talented driver who has grown mentally over the years.

I thought it was cool when RTL (german TV channel) tried to compare him to Fangio, and Schumi bascially told them that he's not by far as good as Fangio used to be back in the day.

A real Champ

But I wished that Kimi Raikönnen (sp?) would have won the race - he must have gotten so freaking nervous when Schumacher was behind him ... I can only imagine the pressure.

The remaining races should be very interesting. Expect to see some great racing between Schumacher and Barichello.

Im a big F1 fan, but drivers now:

Dont brake (ABS)
Dont accelerate (traction control)
Dont shift (automatic transmissions)

and teams can now manage settings of the car from the pits (telemetry)

They're good drivers, but nothing like the ones from before (Senna still my favorite
