In defense of cologroup. I have used tons of different dedicated and virtual hosting companies over the years, and I have to tell you they are one of the best I have seen customer service wise. Jason and his support staff have always went out of there way to help me.

When I had a family emergency and had to take off to Minneapolis Jason let me hold my bill until I could get back. When a customer passed me a NSF check for design work, and I had to wait, he understood.

So I have a hardtime believing he is a crook. I have a hardtime believing he would screw anyone.

I am just an outsider in this mess and things, but for those thinking about using cologroup I just wanted you to know that Jason has always been nothing but wonderful to me and my company.

Even when we had a router problem the other day, he was working to fix it and things and was great about it.

Anyway, Thanks Jason and Cologroup for being the best server company I have used.

I've been hosting with Jason for the past 2 months. We average about 50,000 hits a day and we are growing. I have yet to have a single problem with him. Everything I wanted I got and things have been running smoothly. I find it hard to believe the people who are complaining probably cause they thought they would be able to hand 5,000 a month. But the truth is most customers over commit and fuck themselves. That's what it sounds like this guy did.
As far as Tech Support: I've had to have them configure it 5 times for my needs but everytime I asked for something is what up within the hour. So stop complaining about Cologroup cause it sounds like you don't understand the Internet Industry and pretty much fucked yourself!
