I knew a guy back in highschool....
he had the same type of thing. slightly different though.
his were under his eyes, on the bottoms lids. it was also in reverse so it can be seen in a mirror, to him. it said "FUCK YOU"
self hate issues. Last i heard of him he went to prison for shooting the local record store owner and operator. Owner lived through it, but later died due to complications from the GSWComment

I would never do my eyes .. i do have one inside my lower lip. it's #*?@! (something like that ..lol I can't see it right now) its like Fuck You in Cartoon .. I did it just to see how much it would hurt. It hurt pretty bad .. My eyes watered up and everything. I had it done twice because it fades out fast .. it looks really thin now but was bold at one point

At least don't make it look like shit! I thought maybe the eyelids woulda have eyes tattoo'd on so when he closes his eyes it still looks like their open. Still wouldn't have been worth it imo to tat your fucking eyes but at least that would have had a 'cool' factor about it.
