When I'm training I have that same breakfast but halved, and I throw a slice of fat free american cheese on top of the eggs on toast.
It makes a HUGE difference.

Training for what? I also using the same kind of cheese (only 30 calories a slice) and I don't taste the difference and love the calories I am skipping every morning. I have a pita bread with that cheese every morning (gotta lose some pounds).
