Legally speaking - are a transvestite's boobs 'breasts' ?

Don't ask why I'm thinking about this issue, please.

I wonder, though, in the legal world, say for example a tranny pops her tits out - can she be arrested for public nudity? I mean, if a topless man in the same situation is perfectly ok.

Can she argue that they aren't breasts and she's a man and there's no law against a man hooning around without a top on?

I've seen this question before, and it makes Christian Evangelical's, and most Republican's, heads explode, so watch out for flying dark matter.

On one hand, they don't want the government to recognize them legally as women, on the other hand, they don't want them to be able to flash their titts. They're in a no-win situation.

I have NO IDEA what the actual laws are on this though.......

Well the people making the laws are often sexually deprived men who are so far beyond the 'age of consent' that they've poked through to the other side. They are not sexually active. They think nobody else should be. They do they uttmost to deprive others of the things they are deprived of. That is, nobody should be allowed to see breasts because, they never get to.

For goodness sake, us humans are demented. We allow some of us to create laws which the rest of us disagree with, but nevertheless we force ourselves to comply with them. We are so... unnatural.

I don't know specific local laws, but I'd guess that when a tranny gets a ticket for public nudity, the defense "I am a man and they're fake" wouldn't work. I doubt it says 'women' specifically in laws because that would be a "status offense" type crime except the offender is a woman and not a minor.

Most laws just say something like 'vulgar and offensive nakedness in a public place'. Guilty as charged if breasts are considered vulgar and offensive in that local.

Its 100% legal here in Ontario and yet i have NEVER seen to this day a girl topless in public! I dont go looking, but despite it being recently legal, in the last 5 years no girl does it! Why not? Because they dont want people stare at them. It has nothing to do with the law, rather the law was to protect women (and their husbands) from showing off something that is naturally sexual.
