No, I wasn't threatening anything. Per my attorney's instructions, I've turned everything over to the IRS. It's their decision if I was an employee or not. I wasn't paid much at WEG - was just there to gain experience - so even if they lose, there's not a lot of money in my pocket for the income taxes I paid. I don't know if the IRS charges penalties or not - again - not my concern.

Couple of things - never comment on anything while a legal issue is ongoing. Never apologise for anything. Never feel the need to "update" anyone on anything. This may be how you feel - but your feelings don't matter during a legal process - rest assured they will be used by lawyers and not in the good faith you intended.

It is even more relevent to stay away from any comment if further counter legal action is being considered.
