Let's Discriminate Against Girls That Are 18+ But Look Younger

I think that any girl that's 18+, but looks younger shouldn't have any right to strip or pose naked, even if that's what she wants to do, all of those rights should be taken away.

While we're at it, we should also not let her have any boyfriends either because if she's dating someone that's her age, he's gonna look like a pedo since she looks so young.

Maybe, just maybe if she turns 25 and looks 18 by then, we'll stop the discrimination and let her move on with life.

Exactly right, must stay far away from sponsors who make 18 year old girls look younger on purpose.

Unfortunately plenty of teen sponsors seem to be doing that and whats worse some of the tgp guys are cropping the thumbs in a way to make them look way too young, just disgusting.

My firends and I are 18-22 on my site and I think we look 18-22. If any webmaster signs up for my program and wants to see the ID's blacked out so they can see the date I am happy to show them, I have spoke with all the people on my site and none of them have an issue with it.

I think charging someone with CP when all the models are of legal age is wrong. But on the other side, if a hosting company refuses to host a site with really young looking models then that is perfectly within their rights.

I don't post thumbs to hosted galleries if the model looks too young; that's my choice. But then again, I don't even promote teen sites(unless I do a wholesale listing of all a sponsors links).

Some hosting company don't allow ANY adult material. That is there right to do so.
Even a registrar could decide not to allow " adult " domain registration. I know that netfirms is very on top of that ...

But if a site has pics of an 18 yo looking younger, even if it is in bad taste or immoral, it is LEGAL.

My opinion is this: An 18 year old should be allowed to be a nude model. She is considered an ADULT. However, consider this analogy:

If Barnes&Noble carries both Hustler Magazine, and Young Miss Magazine in the store, that's fine. If they put them on the SAME RACK, that's questionable. If they put them side by side on that rack, that feels wrong. But if they fold the YM inside the Hustler and sell them together as a two pack, THAT IS FUCKED UP!

This argument is all about CONTEXT. The setting of a picture, the hair, clothing and makeup, the props, the text around the pictures, the links to other pages, and the other pictures on the same page make the difference between "fine" and "fucked up".

I believe an 18 year old girl should be allowed to model nude if she wants to. Lightspeed has been accused in the past of making our models look younger than 18, so we adjusted our sets and shooting style to be less controversial. We support ASACP and the elimination of CP from the net. I think alot of these issues would go away if people used more COMMON SENSE.

I think how old you are and where you live changes how old you think girls are.

I'm 23, go to university, but live in a quiet neighborhood with a junior high and a highschool.
To tell you the truth the older girls at the junoir high and the highschool girls all just blend in, only way I can tell who is who is by the guys they are around because they still look their age.
And then I go to the U and all the girls look the same or younger even then half the HS or junoir high girls even.

So when I look at these "questionable" images its hard for me to see them as being CP because they look jsut like girls I go to the U with who I know are sometimes older then I am.
But then I talk with older guys in my class, some with kids of their own, and they think all the girls look 14.
