Is it true that people who exercise a lot die earlier?

It just seems to me that joggers and runners die younger than people who dont.
Maybe Im wrong.

I am sure there are cases where over-exercising can cause health issues, but I am sure 100X more people die from obesity.

I just have to say If you're immune to sickness, you'll die earlier no matter how many healthy food and many exercise you make. It's the fact

I've seen examples on both sides of the fence. My grandmother lived to be around 90 or 91 and she was 'fat' (as in overweight, but not obese) her entire life (or at least from the pictures of her when she was younger and what she looked like). I've seen people who were skinny as a bean pole, who exercised regularly and watched what they ate only to die in their 40's from heart attacks. It's crazy how much a role genetics play in your health.

People who excercise are also usually more active and get more done in a day than others. So it's ok if they die early, they've already got more done.

Yes and people need the exercises to lose the anger, agression they collect in their daily life

in the end... no matter what shape you are in... you die of heart failure. Genetics plays the biggest part in determining this.
