Peaches 12-13-2006 02:57 PM

I have never seen so many dumbASSumptions in my life - even on GFY!

NOTHING has been played out. DirectNic put a lock until they heard from the customer. Who's to say it won't be removed once the customer says "I want to change registars instead of giving you proof of age"? Who's to say DirectNic wanted anything but the company to contact them and clear up complaints of possible underage pictures? How is it a violation of privacy to provide just a picture and DOB? And more importantly, where was the FSC when at least one of their members was being checked out by the FBI, lol.

Move your domains. From what others have posted, other domain companies have similar stipulations in their contracts (which probably most of you never bother to read...........).

Im looking at a Camero in Charlotte. I have a great idea for a custom tag for it.

Heard it was a piece of shit and not worth shit. Should be in your price range.

Don't know many people who get L00s3r for a license plate. Whatever floats your boat.

You're basically an evil person, and someone needs to make sure you know this. You're the bad guy. You're the bookburner, the brownshirt, the censor, the bigot. Everything I hate.

Now fuck off.

Some might say that you are delusional, bitter, angry and confused and you have transposed this image and ideas of everything you feel is making you angry onto others with the misguided idea that somehow you will eventually make the anger go away by getting rid of those external things that are "wrong" and causing you to feel what you feel.

Nothing makes you feel the way you do but you. thats the sad paradox about your anger... you can't change it because you refuse to accept responsibility for it. i can understand that though... it requires true character. it requires humility. it requires maturity. you just aren't ready apparently.

But Dig. I love you. I really love you. please know that i love you very much. i will never censor you or burn your books.. you're special.

Hey pleasurepays... I bet you think the Patriot Act is just fine, don't you? I bet you think Bush wiretapping American citizens is fine and dandy, we shouldn't teach evolution in schools, and all kinds of other fun stuff. Maybe we shouldn't hold a presidential election in a time of war?

The fact that you were dead wrong on this issue just highlights the fact that you're dead wrong on damn near EVERY issue. Again, you are evil. You can get personal, you can claim I'm an angry man, but at the end of the day you are what you are, and that's a misguided wannabe moral leader of the porn community. Sad.

I'd be more worried about fitting in the car if I were you.

I imagine that's why you want that convertible, not much space to get in through the door, you can just stick in an appendage and slowly leak into the front seat and steering wheel.

dig420 12-13-2006 03:10 PM

I lease a Lexus in the company name for tax reasons, the car is practically free since the payments get deducted. Leasing is smart.

GonZo 12-13-2006 03:14 PM

I worry about very little these days.

I plan on taking a cool vaction at the end of June. Probably not the kind you have lined up I guess though.

Well Peaches my dear... It's the only thing in his mind he is better than me at, hence why he brings it up. Which is a joke, since it's wrong.

At the end of the day, I giggle at the obtuse dumpy fellow and his version of the real world.

Just let me know if Sic em Sig and the DNic lawyers end up tangling with the FSC lawyers. Wouldn't want to miss that! :>))

Still going on about the CISP thing are you? 365Billing.com is fully compliant with Visa CISP, and would be more than happy to provide any of our customers any data to corroborate this fact.

I'd also like to mention that 365Billing.com has been nominated as Best IPSP for the 2007 Xbiz Awards.

God, that world must be crumbling down now. LOL

I'm looking at the new G35 myself. Kinda torn between that and a new 300C SRT.

Only idiots think leasing a car is anything but smart. But then again, look who brought it up.

I didn't see Slick contacting DirectNic first, he posted HERE first. In fact, he didn't even know who Intercosmos was.

1) Patriot Act was originally a Clinton invention.. what was it called again? The Anti-Terrorism Bill?

2) I think the issues are more complicated than you want to accept that they are and that each issue has to be examined and weighed on its own merit.

3) I dont think there is a perfect solution to fighting terrorism in the year 2006 that you will agree with as long as it wasn't dreamed up by a Democrat, so its really a moot point what i think... because any hope of rational debate goes out the window before a word is spoken.

4) - we shouldn't teach evolution in schools? Huh? I don't believe in God. I dont believe in teaching that an invisible ghost created everything.

5) i was dead wrong on this issue? really? what was my position? You assumed i had a position and began attacking me. My position was "hey, slow down and try to examine this from all sides first"... not too sure why you can't see that as being reasonable.

6) Moral Leader of the porn community? Me? You couldn't back that up if you wanted to. I dont care what anyone does.

Do you want to keep owning yourself? Either you know nothing about me after all these years... or we are witnessing the unfortuneate effects of your tin foil body suit finally depriving you of much needed air and sunlight.

woj 12-13-2006 03:31 PM

I'm pretty sure they know what they are doing, I'm sure they consulted their lawyers about this and that's what their lawyers told them to do...:2 cents:

FUCKING AWESOME!!!

Peaches 12-13-2006 03:33 PM

And I can't get the damn quote feature to work! :(

Anthony 12-13-2006 03:36 PM

Me neither, I've been just typing the quote tag in instead.

Not much more here for me to hang around for.

I took the best 1-2 combo Gonzo had, danced around him, made him look a fool, and now he's gone.

It's all in the Cardio, and skillz.

Pleasurepays 12-13-2006 03:40 PM

Confession Time
Dig420 and myself made a gay porn movie when we were both just 18. It was called Bi-Partisan. I was broke and needed the money and Dig420 was such a handsome boy and kept propositioning me. I was confused. I had a lot of issues in my childhood with my father and felt i could recreate the love i felt i was missing out on by making love to Dig420 and saving it forever on film. It was a mistake. I have lived in terror that the movie would one day surface. I can't take it anymore. I am sorry for all those i have decieved... please accept my apology. I am married today to a very beautiful woman... but it could very well be that i am just kidding myself. Underneath that outer image of happiness and contentment is really just a confused young man, in assless leather chaps, bitter that Dig420 refuses to return my calls.

Go for the 300c. I test drove the fully fully loaded model black on black. Think sticker was just about 45k. Thing is a monster, and feels great to drive. :thumbsup

I agree, but the new redesigned G35 is just sweet. The lease payments are very close, as well as the down.

Anyone know of a good adult related attorney ???

He posted on gfy yesterday and an hour later he started considering contacting them.

I don't see where it says he 1st contacted DirectNic on that link nor how he's waiting for a reply. And if you look around, it's quite clear he didn't even know who Intercosmos was when he started the first thread.

Bump for a good cause and...

depending on where you live, the Crently is so all over the place i wouldnt even consider it. California for example, has shit loads of them. Base to fully loaded. All over.

If you were stuck between these two choices i would suggest the G35 because its a brand new design.. wont get old for a while, holds a higher resale value if im not mistaken. which is ideal for a lease.

If youre open to it, also check out the 335i sedan. 300hp, 300 tq, handles like its on rails.

Either way... good luck on ur next car :thumbsup

It was brought to my attention that this opinion is from Jeffrey Douglas acting as a first amendment attorney, and not Jefferey Douglas speaking in his capacity as the executive director of the FSC. I read how he was introduced in the article and made an incorrect transcription.

My apologies for any confusion.

No, I just read how he was introduced in the article:

Quote:

First Amendment attorney and Free Speech Coalition Chairman Jeffrey Douglas said the ID request is unprecedented, and more importantly, a violation of privacy laws. According to Douglas, the request is illegal, and also could have a chilling effect on the free speech of webmasters that deal in legal teen content.
It was an honest mistake on my part, and I've corrected it and apologized for it.

So, it appears to me that you passed the thread(s) to him, or a synopsis of the threads and he did his in depth legal analysis based on what he read or you told him.

I stated earlier that I had a lawyer friend looking at it (and yes, he is a free speech guy) and he read all the threads, went and looked at various sections of the US code, read DN's terms and conditions, looked at the sites in question and he is far from ready to give me his opinion on this whole mess.

I don't know why a lawyer would put his opinion out there without a good amount of research first.

just my :2 cents:
