				 | Favorite recipe for breakfast Recently i didnt really want to prepare any kind of breakfast although a very good recipe i used to do was this, which i wanna share: take 2 slices of toast-bread and bake them, take 1-2 eggs and put them in the warming pan and make them ragged, when they're ready, take some ham, (prosciutto cotto), some parmesan cheese cut in small blocks and put all together. melt everything according to your taste and then put it on the bread that you previously prepared......it's delicious.... the only drawback of this recipe is that it takes some cooking and sometimes you don't really want to cook all that hehe....really a powerful one though! enjoy! |

				 | Favorite recipe? - Fry bacon. - Make scrabled eggs - Toast a bread - slice tomatoes and lettuce. Put bacon, eggs and veggies on buttered toast and enjoy. That's the only meal you'll need per day if you count your calories intake.

				 | Eggs & chorizo with salsa & sour cream. If I were stranded on an island, and could only take one meal to eat over and over, this would be it. |
