very few employees are worthy of such respect, it is important to remember the fact that if there wasn't somebody there to stuff money into their pocket at the end of the week... it is unlikely that they'd be in the adult biz at all, if not completely out on their ass. i run my own sites, and am comfortable as a full time webmaster with what i earn and the business i run.

you see a lot of these "employees" rushing to the boards when someone bashes their employer. thats only fair... maybe they're not converting so great... it isn't uncommon to see an employee on the board offering to "help" someone with their blur consoles (like it is never the sponsor who has a problem, always the affiliate... heh). then it'll turn out that the employee in question owns no sites of their own and really and underskilled and overpaid moron that knows fuck all about webmastering.

from what i've seen and read... i'm pretty sure that kimmykim knows her shit. this isn't aimed at her of course. i'm just speaking in general here about all the employees that think they are "hot shit". :Graucho

I decided to retire close to the top for a few reasons:
1) I saw the top being near and didn't wanna work as hard for 2 cents as I was working for 7 cents per click

2) my MAJOR sponsors got in troubles with FTC and...I am only a MIDDLE man...and all of a sudden I found myself no longer in the middle
;-)

3) I made enough to never worry about piece of bread on the table and it seems like a good idea to quit and persue what I always wanted-
traveling the world,
which I did for 2 years and seen the most of it.

In 2001 I got bored and when opportunity with Oprano presented itself,
I jumped on it and been in the trenches ever since.

retiring at 43 is a BAD idea for a man...man ALWAYS needs a reason to wake up in the morning
