All these adult blog directories seem to have the same script...anyone know what it is?

please don't start another blog directory.... unless of course you restrict applicants to webmasters with paid hosting and actual domains, and try to keep it to quality applications only. I'm tired of my blogs being burried by crappy, contentless, freehosted banner farms that never get updated...
i would like to shit on the face of every freehosted blog "webmaster" online. if you're a freehosted blogger please do consider this an insult of the highest form, for you are a waste of my internet... |

99.9% of blog directories are 100% useless, they all ask for a linkback on the front page of the blog while their low traffic crappy blog directory puts your link 3 directories deep on a pr0 page.
As a matter a fact, i think im gonna delete the majority of blog dir linkbacks today that i got on my blogs, or at least put them in a dir of my blogs too or something. |

i have to agree nico-t. all a blog directory really is, is a creative way to grt a shitload of hardlinks to your banner farm in my opinion. while the shortlasting burst of hits is great for a startup site, it peters off to little or no actual return traffic quite shortly. i wouldn't mind linking froma backpage to dirs, but why should i hardlink on my mainpage in exchange for a burried recip on some page that gets next to no visitors and holds a a pile of shitty links? its not very making veyr much sense. i'm making it a point to cut off all blgo directory links on all my blogs at the point that they hit 1000 uniques a day. at that point there is no longer any need for directories, as i'd be catching the short end of the stick by a long shot, in my opinion.
