I have no idea who that is, so don't yell at me if I'm wrong, but a lot of women who have tats like that and in that area, are doing it to hide a c-section scar.
For the most part, I don't like to "see" tattoos on a female, either. I've always secretly wanted one, but it would have to be small - dime or nickle size - and I would put it somewhere where it didn't show. Not even in a bathing suit. Unless I get really loaded one night and someone drives me to a tattoo place, I doubt it will ever happen.

to me, a tattoo anywhere on a female most closely resembles a permanent cum stain, something that was poked into and left to rot and fester under the skin for years and years.
i laugh at the females who say "but what about guys who get tattoos?"
