She wasn't saying "Oh goddamned christians", she actually says and I quote: "He would rather I go to church and be a goddamn christian." As for the "pairing up nazis with republicans", that's not what she said, she was stating examples of "gangs" that did bad stuff, like the kkk, nazis and republicans. |

big deal, lets all hide

this was a stupid attempt at creating a viral video to promote a crappy band. Looks like it worked. (350k views).

Evaluate what the girl said - for better or worse, and stop claiming child abuse as an excuse to attack something you don't agree with - that's pathetic conduct. |

America is not that bad - just a sicko element who have long lost any gift to think for themselves and utter any balanced thought - it's a sickness. |

If it was performed by an adult it would have about 17 views by now. The girl doesn't swear, the band does. The girl is a paid actress, hardly child abuse. Saying negative things about Christians, Republicans, KKK and Nazi's is freedom of speech not hate speech. But yeah Splum and the others with their panties in a big wad are just like the morons in the comments on the video, saying they hate the girl, the poor child is being forced to say these nasty things, don't dare say anything against Republicans, Christians etc :1orglaugh :error :1orglaugh |
Nothing wrong here
|
Same thing as if if Splum had titled this thread "Stupid Youtube Video" it would be on page four by now with 2 replies from sig whores :)
|
Great advertising ploy. Love them or hate them, everyone that watches that video is going to know who the Bastard Fairies are.

Shut up, its not abuse

As for abuse: Federal law has a very clear definition of abuse. Seeing as there is no physical or sexual abuse, the only other possibility is neglect. Under child neglect, the only thing this video comes close to touching is in education. That however is limited to a parent knowingly allowing their child to miss school without cause. That, however, has nothing to do with this child. Her welfare, by legal definition, is not being endangerd. If you believe in thought crimes, i.e. speaking ideas that displease the powers that be, I guess I could see where you would cry abuse. This video is, after all, speaking against the entrenched status quo. P.S. There are absolutely no laws against "hate speech" in the US. Furthermore, it is only considered hate speech if it is intended to incite violence against a person or group. The ensuing actions would then be prosecutable as a hate crime, if the state so desired, and those who called for the acts would be complicit in the crime. Seeing as this video is calling for the exact opposite of violence, it does not fall under that category. Since it states only facts and opinions, it is not even slander. The only thing that might be crossing a line (as far as the FCC is concerned) is the fact that she used expletives that were not deleted. ::Oogity boogity! She said ass and damn!!! Just like every other eight year old I've ever known:: |
I was expecting someone to pop her in the head as she was talking.
I guess our views on child abuse is very different. |

its nowhere near child abuse and everything she said is facts that everyone knows anyways
|
That was kind of cute and a little funny.
You're an idiot for calling it abuse. The parents are idiots for using their kid to make a point about Bill O'Reilly. I'm an idiot for taking time out of my day to talk about this on the internet..... Back to work. |

I will vouch for that.. I had to yank that shit from my younger child. Sometimes I would get on the headphones and tell the little monsters to STFU. My boy started getting verbally abusive with street slang even I dont say in the house. That video clip is mild. How old was Linda Blair when she played in the excorcist? |
i am sure they will have a lot of law suits coming up...its the American way and now youtube has deep pockets....google
Mr. Romance |
I don't see anything wrong with it
|
Some of you gfy'ers are nut cases. Nothing wrong with that video.

However, whoever made the video obviously was the child's parent or had the parent's permission and the child did not appear to object to making the video. Try to be more open minded, the world isnt as terrible as you may think. |
this shit is Hilarious

oh the irony of this thread.
opinions like the ones expressed here are the exact reason why people will CHOOSE to live in a police state where all media/speech/etc are controlled. People like to be controlled, they like to be protected, they like to be told what to do and what to believe - in other words, they like their morality to be nicely packaged and sold to them in a predictable, consistent manner. those who lack the ability to maintain objectivity when faced with a controversial piece of media are those who will choose to be enslaved by the people they so vocally oppose. |
