I sleep on a queen size and the wife sleeps on a full size.

King sized beds are good to sleep on

that's like 1" less wide, and almost 3" longer than a california king :)

Dunno how it's in the US, but here once you get something bigger than what's considered "normal" ... prices go up ALOT for the bed and sheets.

I like to have a good amount of private space in my bed ... certainly during the summer.

queen one for now. would like up get a bigger one but then that means a whole new headboard and shit.

I don't sleep on big bed, but i'd like to. You should buy of course. It's like big bath - you just have to have it.

I'm 6'2, but that wasn't the reason for the Cali king. I got sick of having half my body hanging off the end of the bed when going down on my girl. So, between the longer mattress and a headboard that's the same height as the bed (to put pillows on), problem solved. :thumbsup
