I don't care if the guys I date go through my cell phone, address book, day planner, etc. I have nothing to hide.

The only rule I have is to stay out of my documents and files on my hard drive and my filing cabinet.

1. I'm a graduate student. I have papers I've written/am writing. Uni documents and forms. And lots of research. I don't want anybody mucking about in there. I've worked too hard to have some dude accidently delete or move a file.

2. Financial and personal information. THAT is nobody's business but my own. A boyfriend doesn't need to know my SS#, how much $$ I have or don't have, what I own, etc.

If I'm going out with a guy, then I'm going out with him. Just him.

Fuck, I hardly have time for one guy, let alone more.

Once upon a time, I used to do shit like that. Now, you could leave your cell phone, PDA, little black book, and wallet at my house for a week and I probably wouldn't even glance at it. Not because I'm a good and ethical person, but because I just honestly don't give a shit.

I don't cheat at all. Actually I am anti-social to the point where I don't even ASSOCIATE and have any friends with members of the opposite sex other than my significant other.

Recent occurrence:

My gut instinct told me she was hiding something BIG. Talking on phone for a long time in the bathroom, on the back deck when its freezing out .. hanging up phone whenever i came in room.

I finally had enough and checked her call logs, text messages, recovered her deleted MSN chat history and confirmed everything

She had 3 other guys on the go. Fucking all 3.

Previous occurrence:

Girl moved in.. borrowed my cell a lot. Noticed weird text messages about a dude in love with her and her in love with him. Went on my computer and checked her IRC logs... yep. confirmed. Kicked her out.

I'd only ever do that if I suspected someone was up to something and they were unable to talk about it or got super defensive about certain questionable actions.
