Wordpress cant find .htaccess
I cant find the .htaccess in my wordpress main directory.. ? wtf?

make sure you have show hidden files or dotted files on if your using a ftp client. if you can ssh in the type ls -al in your wordpress directory and it will show it.

there are directions about how to create this file in wordpress admin area... if you sure that .htaccess is on server make sure it's chmoded to 777 and set option "Show hidden files" to "On" in your FTP client - files starting with '.' (dot) are hidden by default...

htaccess is put there by your server, not you
create one and upload it htaccess is not a standard file in the wordpress install |
