AFAIK he was laughing of man's voice which because "a bit abnormal" after unsuccessful surgery on tonsils or something like that. So was laughing on HOW they were saying but not WHAT they were.

It's a spoof - you think anyone other than an paid-to-not-smile audience would sit there with an anal retentive look while a women and a guy with a high-pitched voice talks about surgical castration while the presenter goes into a laughing outbreak?

If real, chances are it would never be broadcast - unless by error.
