I'm trying to do that for my mom. It's kind of a surprise, kind of not. I'd rather not tell her, but then I don't know when she'd want to go.

Go to a travel agent and tell them to call your parents and tell them they won a contest etc. Just an idea. Then after they make arangements tell them it was you.

If you aren't trying to make it a surprise, just give them a card with an agents number in it. Say it's all paid for.
