Actual numbers are hard to come by. Bottom line: SVG support is NOWHERE near Flash

Adobe is killing the SVG player in 2008, removing all links to it in 2009; license doesnt allow 3rd parties...

Its dead before it started in my book

Terrible, really.
Adobe could have really set the standard, esp. if they integrated SVG support into Flash Player (kinda like the multimedia players have done with SMIL)
