Heroes of Might and Magic 4
It's a great game. It fixes some of the negativities of Heroes 3 such as building every possible structure in every town. For example, now you can only build champions OR monks. Not both.
When you get bored of Warcraft 3 / Counter-strike or need a game that you can play while working (another great feature of this game is that you can play it in windowed mode), think about getting HoMM 4. P.S. -> I'll wreck your asshole in multiplayer
