That's almost as reliable as the slam dumk "evidence" Tenet passed to Colin Powell for delivery to the UN.
Remember the stuff that was already public knowledge and with the media standing on the same "WMD sites" in Iraq while the tale was being told? Only trouble was, the reporters on the ground could not see any indication of WMD and subsequent readings showed no indication there ever had been weaponary at these locations. Ooops... another technicality  Obviously the CIA collect their intelligence from Disneyland.
