Looking to buy any traffic.
I am "load" testing some new software and I need a bunch of traffic thrown at it to test the database and load times. I really don't care the quality or source, I just need traffic pushed to a URL. you wont know the REAL load unless the visitors are doing something on the site...if they just go there and leave how is that really testing your server load?
