Is there any good softwares out there, which i can use from my server to do so? Only 10k people, so dont want it to be blocked

I use my newsletter script

http://www.coder-world.de/cw/seite__...bdesignnl.html (Page is in German but the script is easy to understand)

Probably not the most elegant solution, but it allows you to manually add e-mail addresses (I copy/paste 30 at a time) and expand the database. The script is free and does probably have its limitations. I don't know how many addresses it can handle max and when it shits, I usually have only about 2500 addresses in there.
