http://www.videolan.org/ plays everything that remotely resembles a video, even incomplete files. Clean, easy to use, the swiss army knife of video players if you ask me...

I like VLC alot... but the clunkyness/choppiness it has when trying to click the Slider to move around the video absolutely drives me nuts...
Next option..! |

VLC by leaps and bounds. It has some quirks for sure but I have yet to find one quite to my liking as much as VLC.
