Well in my opinion, the music is bad, and overall the trailer makes the movie look pretty corny. It's the kind of trailer I'd expect to see for a "buck rogers" movie or "battle star galactica", not the greatest sci-fi movie ever made.

Just about all sci-fi trailers looked like that, almost identical to the first Star Trek movies.
