Why do people feel they have the right to dictate to other groups what they can/can't do to initiate people into THEIR group? If you don't want to go through the associated hazing it's very simple: DON'T join the group. I think that most of the hazing ceremonies are childish and often ridiculous in nature but I don't believe in taking a particular group's traditions/hazing rituals away especially when nobody is holding a gun to your head and making you become a part of their group.Comment

"initiation" is ok by me, all out hazing & the way alot of its done at the "upper" levels is just wrong.
I knew a guy that was sent to the hospital with swollen balls from having tobasco & all kindsa weird shit slathered on & he tried to wash it off with water & stuff which just made it worse.
