I would have more faith in a filipino uni graduate than in the average american native speaker, to be honest with you.

LOL, that's what I actually wanted to say. Serbian Universities have a very good English curriculum and frankly some of us Serbians (Yes I AM THE SERB) speak a way too better English than average American guy sad but true....
