Wordpress users in here!
Any of you wordpress users been experiencing hacks by some turkish hacker group?
Why I'm asking is my host says it seems to be originating from wordpress but isn't sure so i figured id ask if any other people have experienced these turks hacking their site. |

actually yes. I had had one blog hacked recently. Thanks God they were just fucking stupid scrip kiddies, so i fixed it in 10 secs. My advice: chmod 644 *.php and chmod 755 all dirs inside your wp installation!!

Your WP installs were hacked? What version were you using and do you know which hacks or exploits were used yet?

If you have an editor plugin make shure your Thumbnail php is located in the pluginfolder in the newest version ( 0.9.2.2. ) !

make sure you also delete install.php and setup-config.php in the wp-admin dir
