    the ibill default signup page

    from the cmi:

    ANNOUNCEMENT

For all clients using iBill's English default pay page, you now have the ability to remove the address and city field. Several clients using this new feature have experienced an increase in signups. If you would like to take advantage of the new pay page, please send your master account number to [email protected]
has anyone gone ahead and done this? if you have, are you seeing any increase in signups (that look like they can be attributed to the simpler form)?

I bet you'd get more signups -- not sure how much more but more

The user will feel better about not giving out less of his personal information (even though CC numbers tell all)

I was waiting to hear about this...I think that once a surfer is commited to buy, typing the city is not a stumbling block so I don't see how eliminating a couple of fields is going to help sales.

Anything is worth a go however.

anyone who has actually done it? i don't necessarily like to fuck with things that aren't broke (and things definitely are NOT broke) - but still, i'm curious...
