My girlfriend has just had her ePassporte hacked and some bastard got away with $3000.
She's been on to their fraud office, but they say there's not too much they can say or do until Monday when the regular team comes on as they only have a skeleton staff on at the weekends.
Has anyone else here ever had their ePassporte account hacked?
Do you think there's any chance of her getting it back, or can she kiss it goodbye?
Are deposits on ePassporte covered with some anti-fraud policy like with standard online banks, or is there no cover?
She's getting a bit hysterical, so any information that anyone has on the subject would be gratefully received.
