Not authentic but tasted lovley, in Barca I used to get tuna and papaya rolls. losts of wasabi.. they were so tasty.

Easily salmon sashimi...

There's a place in Vancouver that does wild sockeye instead of the shitty atlantic farm salmon everyone else uses, and they also have no limit on sashimi with their all you can eat special. I will usually eat 40-50 pieces in a given meal :helpme

I love Sushi.

Sounds kinda crazy being in the middle of the desert, but Vegas has lots of great Sushi Resturants. The fish is flown in fresh everyday.
