Are you mentally handicapped? Have you missed the half a dozen posts informing you that Phatservers does have an automatic billing option and you were just too dumb to notice?

The tone of your posts leads me to believe that you think you're a badass tough guy. If you're such a superstar, man up, admit you were wrong, apologize to Phatservers, pay them what you owe them and move on.

nah, in all honesty, like i said: phatservers are 100% when it comes to hosting. they dont fuck around. excellent service. pick them over webair any day of the week.

but just watch out for the payment shit. hopefully i can get some kinda auto-billing with my next host so i don't miss it.

Electric company may not have been the greatest, but a cell company fits perfectly. Last year my bank had a lot of problems with stolen credit cards so I had a new card number every 3 months. And yeh, I always forgot to change my cell billing. Guess what? Each time Cingular shut me off. It was my fault, they sent the bill, I didn't pay. They have hundreds of thousands of customers, they can't run around chasing bills.

We may not have hundreds of thousands of customers, but we do have enough that we can't personally call and sit around for the "checks in the mail" clause everytime a problem arises.

They do have Auto Billing. Thats how my account gets paid every month and has since I opened my account with them over 2 year ago. Haven't had a single problem with these guys at all.

Plus, you want to talk about getting your account suspended. 1and1.com will suspend you if you have any Full Nudity on your site. Trust me on this one. I know their rules. I have an account with them also. Dont run any of my sites from there though. The servers they have suck at best and wouldn't last a week before burning down...

I had a epassporte problem and just sent phatservers billing a mail that payment would be late and they took care about it with no problems

Your bill is due pretty much to the day every month, be prepaired to pay it that day. I personally can't wait to get to the 21st of each month and wire the beautiful men at phatservers some dough.

My hosting bill is too large to put on my CC with Phat. Send them a nice wire every month. If I miss a payment they let me know and wether i'm in fuckin africa or china I will find a way to get payment to them if business depends on it.

Most(some?) hosts suck at what they do, PhatServers DOES NOT SUCK! Thanks for ALWAYS being there for us guys & for doing it in a kick ass way.

I'm not billing so I can't say for certain when your payment was due, but this would be a first for me to hear about somebody being disabled on their first late payment notice. I'm sure many here on GFY could attest to that. But I will look into it for you.

I've use autobilling for over a year, and I'm even late every month because I use Epass and my payment doesn't go in till the 8th or 9th. Never had a problem. Its only a small dedicated box, but I'll look at Phatservers first for any new hosting I need. Great guys, great support.

I love Phatservers.

I've had a lot of billing fuck ups in the past too. Most of the time it was their fault. I'm happy my host uses auto-bill now.

(to the tune of $30,000.00 a year)

Been with them 5 years.

oh dont get me wrong, in THIS particular case its been clearly pointed out he had ample warning his bill was past due.. i was speaking purely on a 1 month notice thing.. i.e. if i didnt pay my cell bill for a month because my credit card had expired etc and they shut me off , that would be the last payment to that cell phone company.. :) especially if i had been a customer for several years
