Does anyone else having problems to verify their epassporte account?

I did send the documents needed 23 Nov. But today I receved another "Warning-mail".

Are they just working slow or what?

contact Micheal from epass, he should be able to sort things out quick...

Me too. They just make transaction pending, some $1.98 from my Visa to Epass account and you have to know exactly ammount and put this to verify your account. You can just call your Visa service to get this exactly $ ammount. Number should be on your Visa card...
After verification this transaction is cancelled and your account confirmed.

my account verification was preety fast , took epassporte about 3 days to reactivate the account.
